§ 1 Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of NODUS FATI™

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding online catalog.
(2) By clicking the button [“Buy” / “Order with obligation to pay”], you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) The prices stated on the product pages do not include value-added tax if the seller is a small business owner pursuant to § 19 UStG. The final prices exclude shipping costs.
(2) The corresponding shipping costs will be indicated to the buyer during the checkout process.

§ 4 Textile Labeling (Important Customer Notice)

Please note the material and fiber details in the respective product descriptions. Since these are handmade macramé products, slight variations in shape and color are possible.
