You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our hands. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Times

Germany

Our domestic orders are shipped via DHL Paket/Hermes at a flat rate of 4.90 € per order. Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days after processing.

European Union (EU)

Orders within the EU are shipped via DPD / GLS at a flat rate of 14.90 € per order. Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days. Please note that due to strict logistical regulations, shipping to Austria and France is currently excluded.

International (Non-EU)

Worldwide orders outside the European Union are shipped via UPS Standard / Express at a flat rate of 24.90 € per order. Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (For Non-EU Buyers)

If you are ordering from outside the European Union (such as the UK, USA, or Switzerland), your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included in our shipping flat rate and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
